Dashlane is a password manager and online security app for everyone who lives, works, and plays on the internet.
Coding for refactoring – from a nightmare to an habit
We live in a product development world that changes rapidly. User needs are uncertain, stakeholders goals consequently change, product managers andb designer want to AB test different solutions to attract and retain more customers, and if this was not enough, technology stacks change too. This talk gives few tips that are helping me and my team at Dashlane rethinking our Windows application, designing it with refactoring as an habit, not a nightmare.
I was born and raised in Italy, in the Venice area. I first moved to Milan, where I got my first job as a software developer. After 6 years I moved to Paris, in 2014, looking for new challenges, including trying to be understood when I talk French. I am a Tech Lead for the Windows platform at Dashlane. In my spare time I enjoy running, making dinner for my friends, and traveling.
